Cheetah it is one of the fastest animal in the world. They are the part of the big cat family and while they can't climb trees but they can run faster than any other land animal. They can reach a top speed of around 113 km per hour. They can accelerate from 0 to 68 miles per hour in just three seconds. Cheetahs are the only big cat that can turn in mid-air while sprinting.

While lions and leopards usually do their hunting at the night time but cheetahs hunt for food during day time.
The main reason for the leopards hunt in day time is they have the poor night vision. The black lines nearer to the eyes are called the "Tear Lines" and scientists believe they help protect the cheetah's eyes from the harsh sun and also help them to see long distances.

Cheetahs are carnivores and mostly eat springbok, steenbock, Thomson's gazelle, and duiker. They usually chase down their prey and then bite its throat killing it by cutting off its air supply. These cheetahs are very smart and intelligent animals.
